Overview
As our Project Coordinator, you will be a central part in a process that will have a lasting impact on many people with a product that will withstand the test of time. You will be essential in project communication, documentation and pricing working closely with sales teams and production. You will have a hand in the project from initial pricing through final close-out.

This role will be responsible for the estimating, production and installation management from the raw data and images received from our clients to the final delivery. You will also be responsible for multiple projects by providing technical support and general administrative support including creating and maintaining project-related logs, composing correspondence, preparing and monitoring reports and ordering materials.

Responsibilities
- Prepare pricing for custom projects by reaching out to vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations on construction sites.
- Utilize CRM for project tracking and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to support project planning and execution.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, including meeting notes, schedules, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project to promote collaboration and resolve conflicts.
Experience
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction site operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and contractors.
- A background in construction management or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
