Your Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project portfolio management activities aligned with strategic business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project proposals, track progress, and manage dependencies
- Drive SAP S/4HANA program governance and contribute to successful delivery of large-scale ERP projects
- Utilize data and metrics to report on portfolio health, risk, and performance
- Partner with IT and business teams to balance priorities and manage change effectively
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5+ years of experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) in enterprise environments
- Strong background working within SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and align execution with business strategy
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with tools like SAP Project System (SAP PS), SAP PPM, or similar project tracking platforms
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Certifications in SAP S/4HANA or project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid project management environments
- Exposure to change management or business transformation practices
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Project Management certification is a plus but not required
