We’re looking for a Promotional Events Assistant to join our expanding team in Long Beach. This is a unique opportunity to combine face-to-face marketing with direct sales in a dynamic and fast-paced event setting. About the Role: As a Promotional Events Assistant, you'll support and execute live events that introduce customers to exciting products and services. You’ll be the first point of contact at these events, actively engaging with attendees, generating interest, and converting that interest into sales. This role blends promotional outreach with real-time customer acquisition.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Event Representation: Attend live events and promotional campaigns, representing top brands with energy and professionalism.
- Sales Engagement: Identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and confidently guide people through the sales process.
- Lead Generation: Create interest in products and services, gather leads, and close on-the-spot sales where applicable.
- Customer Interaction: Build rapport quickly, answer questions, and ensure a positive brand experience from first contact to final sale.
- Event Setup & Coordination: Help prepare, organize, and break down event spaces while ensuring branding and presentation standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside event staff and sales teams to meet performance targets and contribute to group success.

- Ability to think on your feet and adapt in fast-moving event environments.
- Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and occasional travel.
- Previous experience in events, retail, or sales is ideal—but we’re ready to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn!
Compensation: Weekly Pay – $3885 (Per Month) Including Base pay, Commissions and Performance Bonuses
