Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant to join our team. The Property Manager Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations within the property.
Duties:
- Communication: Coordinate between departments and relay key updates.
- Reports & Walks: Ensure timely report submissions, review reports, and perform final unit walks.
- Accounting Support: Create checks, file invoices, assist with expense tracking,
- Operations Assistance: Support daily operations and monitor task follow-ups.
- Confidentiality: Maintain discretion with all sensitive information.
- Assistwith payroll.
- Assist with daily duties.
- Assist with leasing when needed
- Help with marketing for the apartments
Requirements:
- Experience in property leasing or related field
- Proficiency in office and data entry tasks
- Knowledge of facilities management and legal administrative procedures
- Ability to negotiate leasing terms effectively
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of laws governing property leasing
