Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated, fashion-forward, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales & Stylist Curation Assistant. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who loves fashion, has a strong sense of personal style, and thrives in a creative retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers with genuine energy and style expertise
- Assist with in-store styling and suggest personalized looks
- Curate and maintain merchandise displays and product racks
- Help source and organize vintage and lifestyle pieces for the shop
- Process sales through POS (Shopify/Square) and manage inventory accuracy
- Support photo and content shoots as needed
- Maintain store cleanliness, vibe, and brand presentation
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for fashion, styling, and emerging brands
- Experience in retail or fashion (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Great eye for style, detail, and merchandising
- Self-starter who can take initiative and think creatively
- Flexible, reliable, and available Wednesday through Saturday
