- Primary responsibility is running a drop hammer or vibratory post pounder, for the installation of guardrail
- Responsible for driving the Punch Truck to/from work sites
- Responsible for supporting the layout, set-up of guardrail installation and working closely with the foreman and crew to ensure efficient work progress
- Loading and unloading materials in support of the daily work
- On occasion engaging in the use of power tools and manual digging when conditions are not conducive to use of the Punch Truck
- CDL Class A or the ability to obtain certification within the first 2 months of employment
- 2-5 Years of Heavy Equipment operation
- 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Strong understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanic experience on hydraulic/pneumatic equipment
- Prior experience with Guardrail Installation
- Heavy Highway construction experience.
