Purpose: Responsible for maintaining and improving field service quality and safety by conducting site inspections, providing coaching and training, and supporting compliance with operational standards

- Reduction in repeat service visits or quality complaints

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- 2+ years of field experience in telecom, construction, utilities, or related industry
- Previous quality assurance or safety inspection experience preferred
- Experience with coaching or technician support roles is a plus
Exposure
- Familiarity with field operations and safety standards
- Hands-on experience working with fiber/coax installations
- Use of field tools, tablets, and QA documentation systems Coordination with developers and external partners

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
- Provide coaching and training to field technicians to promote safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct site prescreening and job audits, identifying potential hazards or quality issues.
- . • Collaborate with field teams, management, and third parties to support quality, safety, and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers regarding project timelines and service issues.
- Develop and support the implementation of quality assurance protocols, safety control systems, and documentation standards.
- Perform quality assurance testing and inspections, including statistical sampling and performance analysis.
- Maintain organized records of inspections, training, incidents, and job performance audits.
- Identify trends or recurring issues in field performance and propose process improvements.
