Job Description
Eurofins PSS is seeking a QC Testing Specialist to support routine laboratory testing and help maintain a well-organized, compliant quality control (QC) environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys working collaboratively in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine testing of pharmaceutical samples using compendial methods (e.g., pH, osmolality, concentration, break-loose/extrusion force).
- Prepare standards and samples for analysis.
- Monitor and replenish lab reagents and solutions.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain QC laboratory instruments.
- Document all work in accordance with GMP, GDP, and ALCOA+ principles.
- Follow standard operating procedures with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and team leads in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field with 2–4 years of QC analytical experience, OR
- Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field with 0–1 years of QC analytical experience.
- Familiarity with GMP practices and laboratory documentation standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures to generate reproducible data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
- Ability to learn new techniques, multitask, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.

Additional Details:
The position is full-time, first shift, Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes requiring shift changes and/or weekend work, and overtime may be required as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Andover, MA are encouraged to apply.
