Summary
As a QBHS at Youngstown Red Zone, you will play a vital role in shaping the Behavorial health journey of student-clients. Located in a supportive environment, you will help guide learners through challenges while fostering their personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral interventions and support as outlined in Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
- Facilitate structured therapeutic groups focusing on coping skills, emotional expression, peer relationships, and self-regulation.
- Observe and document participant behavior, engagement, and progress during program hours.
- Assist in crisis prevention and de-escalation using trauma-informed approaches.
- Collaborate with other staff (e.g., therapists, case managers, teachers) to ensure a consistent and supportive environment.
- Communicate with caregivers regarding progress, concerns, and recommendations under supervision.
- Maintain compliance with Medicaid documentation standards and agency policies.
- Attend required trainings, supervision, and team meetings.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
