Job Summary:
Caring Friends Health Care Services is hiring a QDDP to lead service planning and care coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities. The QDDP ensures integration of DD-specific interventions and monitor's progress.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update individualized service plans
- Implement DD-specific behavioral and support strategies
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Train and support DSPs and caregivers
- Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a human services field
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) or MANDT certification
- Behavioral support and substance abuse training
- DSP Certification (if applicable)
- Clinical supervision and ongoing in-service training per DBHDS requirements
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills
- Experience with service plan writing and outcome tracking
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
