We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing order processing and transactions. This role requires a blend of culinary knowledge, retail math skills, and the ability to thrive in a quick-service fast food restaurant setting.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide support to kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure timely service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math for accurate cash handling.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with culinary practices is a plus, as well as knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining individual accountability.
