Requirements:
-License to sell real estate in the state of TN
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and competitive prices
-Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities
so client questions may be answered.
- Create and maintain property listings on various platforms
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and practices
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively market properties and attract potential buyers or tenants
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
-Drivers License & reliable transportation
- Pay is commission based. Traditional and 100% Commission Options available.
