Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain an awareness of the Reynolds Lake Oconee Vision and Company Goals and consistently create an environment conducive to the achievement of those goals
- Prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
- Works within the Department guidelines to produce collateral and marketing materials
- Shoot photography and videography for real estate listings starting from pre-production through post-production
- Communicates with listing agents and owners to manage multiple weekly appointments for photoshoots
- Document all communication, appointments, and completed tasks in BrightDoor on a daily basis
- Communicates daily with team members and Resale staff keeping everyone updated on the status of appointments for photography & editing
- Manages appointments efficiently presenting a professional face-to-face customer experience
- Conduct a walkthrough of each property to evaluate the view and best features of the property
- Conceptualize, organize, and capture comprehensive shots and video footage of all resale homes & homesites; edits, resizes, and uploads in required forms of media and maintains organized files in digital and hard copy format.
- Shoots drone photography for approved listings for aerial marketing.
- Shoots, edits, and creates videos, including both full-length video and social media reels/shorts, for designated Resale listings and company property
- Shoot twilight photos and videos for those homes deemed qualified
- Upload media to our server the same day as the shoot and file in an organized and efficient manner
- Edits completed in order of listing workload
- Production of marketing collateral is complete within expected time frames to insure superior representation and service to Sellers
- Reviews media for all available properties each quarter to ensure fresh photos, replacing those less desirable photos with more appealing shots
- Participates in layout, proofing, and editing of print and digital publications.
- Works in tandem with the other Real Estate Marketing Photographer for timely production of marketing of the highest quality possible
- Creating promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and pamphlets, in print and/or digital format for the purposes of advertising listings, open houses, or special events related to a property listing.
- Ensures that all Resale advertising is in compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Georgia Real Estate Commission
- Works in cooperation with the Real Estate Marketing Photographer, Resale Coordinators, and staff to deliver timely marketing to sellers and listing agents
- Assists with any training of others in areas of photography, drone, and or video, as well as departmental procedures relating to photography and videography.
- Ensures projects are complete by documenting the process and all activities
- Conducts routine audits of website photos, and all information related to the marketing process as it relates to property listings
- Applies proper care and maintenance to the photography equipment provided by the company and ensures it is properly secured at all times
- Assists other Sales Center staff members when and where the need arises
- Works toward continued development and enhancement of the resale marketing process by increasing knowledge of the equipment and computer programs associated with the position
Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education:
- Fosters a commitment to excellence and teamwork in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrate and practice superior customer service and interpersonal skills in all interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including clients, customers, Sales Executives, colleagues, supervisors, and senior management
- Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
- Experience in composition, positioning, and angles in photography and collateral design
- Knowledge of DSLR camera equipment, digital photography, image-based software, and HDR processing
- Must possess skills in operating drone equipment and hold FAA-approved Remote Pilot Airman Certification
- Must remain current with operating rules, regulations, and licensure for operating drone equipment
- Knowledge and experience in working with video equipment and software for the development of videography (Premiere Pro & After Effect, Nikon Z6, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine Drone and Controller, DJI Roin S Gimble)
- Effective organizational and time management skills in scheduling photoshoots, editing, and uploading media
- Possess valid GA Drivers License, appropriate insurance coverage & reliable transportation for daily use
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and occasional late evenings as needed
- Well-mannered, polished, professional, trustworthy, and discrete at all times.
- Computer skills: Mac Computer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Acrobat, Paragon Multiple Listing Software, BrightDoor
- Knowledge of architectural design, styles, construction materials, appliances, and general interior design of homes is a plus
- Georgia Real Estate License is considered a plus
