About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Title Processor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with extensive experience managing high volumes of files and a deep working knowledge of Qualia software. If you're licensed as a Title Agent or have prior experience in a high-paced title company environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process residential and/or commercial real estate files from contract to post-closing
- Review contracts, order title searches, clear title issues, and coordinate with lenders, realtors, and clients
- Prepare settlement statements, CDs, and closing documents
- Ensure timely and accurate communication throughout the closing process
- Utilize Qualia to manage and document each transaction
- Manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines
- Maintain compliance with title industry standards and state regulations
- Notarize documents (if applicable)

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Title Processor
- Licensed Title Agent preferred
- Strong proficiency with Qualia software is required
- Must be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a high volume of transactions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- In-office presence required (this is not a remote position)
- Notary Public commission is a plus
