Jenn Smira & Co., a top-performing real estate team at Compass in the Washington DC Metro Area is seeking a dynamic In-House Videographer to bring our brand to life through engaging, high-quality video content. From luxury property tours to community spotlights and behind-the-scenes agent features, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the visual voice of our brand.
What You’ll Do:
- Shoot and produce high-quality videos for a variety of formats — including property tours, neighborhood features, agent spotlights, client testimonials, and lifestyle content
- Create compelling short-form social media videos optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop creative concepts that align with our brand aesthetic and content calendar
- Manage all aspects of video production including filming, lighting, audio, and editing
- Capture and edit professional real estate photography of listings when needed (experience preferred, not required)
- Organize and maintain an internal library of visual assets
- Stay current on video trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to ensure content performs and resonates
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in videography, editing, and video production (real estate experience a plus, not required)
- Must have your own professional equipment for shooting
- A strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, and detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube content strategy and platform-specific trends
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
