Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, be proficient in data entry, and have a solid understanding of office software, including Google Suite.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, taking payments and organizing files.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and overall studio appearance
- Support staff with various tasks
Qualifications
- Experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
We need someone to work Wednesdays 2-8:30 and Thursday 3:00-7:45 starting in September. Training would begin in August.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
