Have 2+ years of receptionist or front desk experience (law firm or medical office a plus)

What You’ll Actually Do
Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and route incoming calls (no robotic scripts — just real, courteous service)
- Manage the front desk calendar and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized front office and client waiting area
- Provide admin support to our legal and intake teams (filing, scanning, supplies, etc.)
- Be a consistent, calming presence for clients going through emotional planning moments
Have 2+ years of receptionist or front desk experience (law firm or medical office a plus)
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented — nothing gets past you
- Communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently (written and verbal)
- Stay calm under pressure and can juggle tasks with a smile
- Are punctual, dependable, and take pride in doing things right
- Are comfortable learning new systems — we’ll train you
- Love being part of a team and helping people feel cared for
Prefer to work from home — this is an in-office role
- Don’t like phone calls or face-to-face client interaction
- Struggle with multitasking or following systems
- Think “good enough” is ever good enough
- Full-time position, Monday–Friday (standard business hours)
