Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong time management skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry using various office software including QuickBooks.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to office management as needed.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred, particularly in a dental setting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
