Job Description
We are an expanding law firm representing injured individuals and families dealing with the death of a loved one. We are seeking a full-time Reception/Legal Assistant who will be responsible for managing a busy phone system, filing, sending out medical requests for our clients. Applicants should have reception experience, file management experience and the ability to relate to people politely and professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and politely, both orally and in writing
- Organization skills and attention to detail
- Multitask and manage a variety of demands daily
- Must be able to work independently and be proactive
- Handle administrative duties; file papers, maintain schedules
- Assist in special projects, as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Experience in office
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bilingual a plus
