Job Description:
We are seeking a recruitment consultant to join our team on a 1099 contract basis for 20 hours per week. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently. The consultant will also manage offer letters and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent sourcing and recruitment: Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screening and interviews: Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations on candidates.
- Offer management: Prepare and send offer letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hiring policies.
- Candidate experience: Maintain professional communication with candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience.
- ATS and documentation: Track candidate progress, update records, and maintain organized documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong ability to source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with offer letter preparation and hiring coordination.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based role.
