We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Red Light & Recovery Specialist to join our team at Massage Envy Edina!
If you have expertise in body care, experience in sales, and a dedication to helping others, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate guests on a range of recovery services, including: Light Stim Red Light Therapy, Therabody Compression Boots, Rapid Tension Relief, Therabody Recovery Lounger, and Stretch Services.
- Assist guests in maximizing their recovery experience by guiding them through the services.
- Performing client intakes for the services to better understand their needs.
- Provide product and service recommendations to promote wellness and encourage future visits.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming recovery space, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their experience and encourage continued membership.
Qualifications:
- Experience in body care, wellness, or a related field.
- Experience with Red Light Therapy
- Sales experience with a proven ability to educate and recommend products/services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment and provide outstanding guest service.
- Knowledge of recovery techniques and wellness tools is a plus.
