Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Services Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse client bases.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Manages the workload within the assigned region- Making sure orders are flowing properly
- Delegates as necessary to the Client Support level within the region
- Mentors other staff within the region
- Conducts continuous training/refreshers when needed
- Handles complex investigations with problem orders
- Handles escalated calls/emails from the other levels within the region.
- Handles large quantity orders and orders over $2000
- Answers emails in a timely manner
- Handles large quantity quotes/ overseas quotes or custom projects
- Freight Estimates
- Follow ups with clients via email/phone
- Follow ups on quotes/spec samples
- Assists with sales leads with current and potential clients
- Special and yearly pricing
- Other duties assigned
We are looking for people who:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in the Promotional Products industry a plus
- Must have prior Customer Service/Client Support experience
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
- Have a clear, professional, and informative communication style
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
The salary/hourly range indicated in this posting represents a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills abilities, education, shift differential, and location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
