The Position:
We’re seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of apartment communities in the San Antonio area. This role is ideal for a dynamic, experienced multifamily leader with strong operational expertise and proven proficiency in compliance across fair housing, safety, and property regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support Community Managers and on-site teams to drive performance and resident satisfaction
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, local ordinances, and safety standards
- Monitor and enhance financial performance by increasing revenue and controlling expenses
- Oversee budgeting, marketing plans, and reputation management initiatives across your portfolio
- Partner with ownership and executive leadership through regular reporting and strategic updates
- Maintain high occupancy and resident retention through strong operational oversight
- Lead performance management, hiring, and team development with a focus on promoting company culture and compliance integrity
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Regional Manager in multifamily housing
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements
- CAM/CAPS preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ResMan experience is a plus
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between communities regularly
- Bilingual a plus
