Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team who is also skilled in outdoor landscaping and Hardscaping during the season. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks and a passion for transforming spaces. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We service customers from Alpharetta to Dahlonega.
Duties
- Perform remodeling tasks including but not limited to stucco application, door hanging, and glass installation.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete projects.
- Execute tile laying and cabinet installation with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of remodeled spaces.
- During Season.... Mowing, edging, blowing, pavers.
- Concrete work, porch and additional outdoor building construction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to accurately execute design specifications.
- Assess structural integrity, including framing and plumbing aspects, during remodeling processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.
Requirements
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction work is essential.
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment safely.
- Strong skills in door hanging, window installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, construction painting, electrical, and plumbing are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Must adhere to safety regulations on job sites at all times.
- Must have truck/tools for daily use.
