Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact prospective clients by phone to understand their insurance needs
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom to deliver personalized insurance solutions
- Develop and present customized insurance quotes tailored to individual client profiles
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients based on trust and quality service
- Manage the entire client lifecycle—from first contact through policy activation
- Stay up to date on industry trends and evolving insurance offerings
- Consistently uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions
