As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and organizing our vast database of information. You will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring that all information is correct and up-to-date. Additionally, you will collaborate with our team to identify and resolve any data discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into our systems- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data integrity
- Organize and maintain data in a clear and organized manner
- Identify and suggest areas for improvement in data entry processes
- Provide support to team members when needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a remote setting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members remotely
- Deadline-driven and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Experience working in the technology industry is a plus
The pay range for this role is:
28 - 34 USD per hour(Remote (Jacksonville, Florida, US))
