Siemens Government Technologies is looking for a candidate to participate in an SGT focused rotation of the Siemens Finance Leadership Development Program. The FLDP will support the performance controlling, internal audit, and segment controlling functions through financial analyses, process improvement, automation, audit work, and projects. To support these areas, the FLDP will receive training, guidance, and direct management from the director of performance controlling but may work across the entire finance organization. The FDLP may be required to lead or support a wide variety of topics such as:
Creating processes, templates, tools, and automation that improve financial throughput, transparency, consistency, and accuracy- Completing financial, sales, and/or operational reporting
- Conducting financial analysis
- Conducting federal market research
- Executing internal audit engagements
- Controlling projects, segments, and/or departments
- Facilitating sales/business development quality gates
- Generating proposal prices
Qualifications:
- Currently participating in a financial management training program
- Advanced level MS Excel with the ability to design complex models
- Willingness to quickly learn additional data processing and visualization tools like Knime and Power BI
- Ability to work independently and in group settings
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form, in person and virtually
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting / GAAP principles
Travel:
- This role requires a willingness to travel occasionally (<5% annually)
Security Clerance:
- Candidate must be US citizen with the ability to obtain and/or maintain a US federal agency security clearance

- The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $81,100.00 but the actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
