What You'll Do
As our Reservation Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients. You'll manage all incoming calls and inquiries related to lodging, grooming, daycare, and training. Your goal is to create a welcoming and informed experience for pet parents while building long-lasting relationships over the phone.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Handling all incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Guiding clients through our services, pricing, and availability
- Making confirmation calls and following up on inquiries
- Creating new client profiles and organizing documents
- Maintaining an up-to-date call tracking worksheet
- Using scripts and training materials to support your success
- Occasionally giving tours to prospective clients or assisting at the front desk
- Participating in occasional marketing or promotional events
You'll be supported by a sales coach and surrounded by a team that values collaboration, growth, and a shared love of animals.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Comfort with sales and promoting services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, OneDrive)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
