Primary Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers.
- Answer questions.
- Provide community tours.
- Take registrations.
- Attend Sales-oriented events and special functions.

Attend activities that promote Del Webb communities, including but not limited to:
- Traffic-building events (i.e.: barbecues, theme parties, entertainment functions, demonstrations and promotional events open to the public)
- New phase releases, grand openings and groundbreaking events
- National sales events
- Informational seminars
- Resident relations events
- Community relations events (Local Chamber or other Organizations, etc.)
- Realtor events
- Testimonials/interviews for use in ads, website, mailings
- Reference list for Prospects
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience

- A resident of Del Webb community

- Familiarity with the community's features, amenities, and offerings
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment
