We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial spaces. The House Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing to ensure floors are well-maintained.
- Clean carpets using appropriate techniques and equipment for effective carpet cleaning.
- Sanitate bathrooms and kitchens to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Assist with custodial duties in commercial settings when required.
- Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation as part of household support services.
- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards is a plus but not required.
