Job description
Seeking a real estate Attorney candidate (licensed to practice in Massachusetts) who is knowledgeable and detail-oriented with an expertise in residential real estate conveyancing. This position intends to support our busiest Attorneys in a variety of transactional and advisory matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of residential real estate transactions, title review, contract drafting and negotiation, and closing processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to client service. Succeeding in this position will require taking initiative and a team-oriented mindset. Ideally seeking 2+ years of residential real estate experience.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in residential real estate law or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on client advocacy.
- Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
