Catering Lead Prep Cook and Delivery Driver
Moe’s Southwest Grill is looking for an experienced delivery driver who is efficient in prep. The perfect candidate would have experience in the production and delivery of catering orders and grill and prep experience. This candidate must have their own transportation for deliveries.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a restaurant. Preferably fast-casual with a focus on prep and catering.
- Experienced Knife skills with efficient productivity.
- The means to deliver catering orders to customers and provide excellent service.
- Must be highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Must be a self-motivator with the drive to learn more every day
Responsibilities:
- Taking all catering orders and accurately putting them together with all food and supplies set up for either pick up and or delivery
- Properly follow recipes for prep and production to deliver high-quality consistent food every time
- Communicate with the General Manager and District Manager on all catering orders
- Work as a team to be as efficient as possible to deliver excellent food to our loyal guests
