Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and best-selling dishes to help customers.
- Assist with bagging orders accurately.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean and organized.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Support bussing duties in the dining area when required.

Skills
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Experience with POS systems, including Toast POS, is preferred.
- Background in food service or the food industry is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in restaurant or kitchen settings is advantageous.
