Responsibilities / Outcomes:
- Uphold Dish Society standards, policies, and values in the restaurant on a day to day basis
- Influence team member growth by providing training, coaching, performance feedback, evaluations, and recommendations for development and promotions
- Mentor/Coach a minimum of 2 team members on a monthly basis
- Be available to work 3 open/close shifts per week
- Be available to work 3-4 weekends per month
- Be flexible to changes and excited to grow with us

Requirements:
- Associates Degree or higher
- Self-directed and driven leader who demonstrates honor, dignity, respect, and integrity and possesses a willingness & desire to serve & learn
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Experience in fast paced environment preferred
- Leadership Experience preferred
