Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer any questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Participate in ongoing training related to culinary skills, fine dining etiquette, and guest relations.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
