Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but can be learned on the job.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
