The Sheraton at Sable Oaks is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor that will be supervising the staff in all aspects of restaurant operations and service. The City Farmhouse Restaurant is located directly in the lobby of the hotel. Responsibilities include ensuring all employees have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms. Good communication skills to work with the kitchen regarding food quality and service levels. Assist in ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures. Monitor alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws. Perform all duties of restaurant employees and related departments as necessary. Strive to improve service performance and set positive examples for guest relations. Handle guest problems and complaints and encourage employee to provide excellent guest service. Open and closes restaurant shifts.
