Duties:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including receiving and organizing shipments
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Utilize math skills to accurately calculate sales, discounts, and profit margins
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Assist in training and supervising staff members
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management abilities to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, data entry, and scheduling
- Good phone etiquette with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and financial calculations
Note: Previous experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
