Scuba Bozeman is the premiere diver training and dive equipment dealer in Montana. Along with being a part of the staff, this position will support the store’s manager by providing a positive shopping experience to our customers, through the effective execution of selling retail goods and services.
Compensation: Retail (hourly)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set/Achieve/Exceed personal sales goals while working as a team member to contribute to the overall store’s total revenue goals.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the customer is always the priority.
- Maintains the appearance of the sales floor at all times
- Proactively works as a team member and seeks to increase product knowledge
- Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company brand strategies
- Contribute to positive working environment through effective communication, teamwork and partnership with co-workers and the management team
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge and/or experience of Scuba industry is a plus
- Scuba Certified is a plus
Experience:
- Retail experience is a plus
- Previous sales experience or work in service industry helpful
