Job Description: We are seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist/Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating beautiful, organized retail environments and understands that the way products are presented influences how customers feel. You will play a key part in executing store resets, remodels and new store build outs, ensuring each location showcases products in the best possible way and to drive customer engagement!!
Key ResponsibilitiesTravel to multiple stores to execute merchandising projects (resets, remodels, new builds).Assemble, position, and adjust fixtures and displays per planograms; install POP materials and signage.Stock shelves, maintain correct facings and tags, remove discontinued or damaged items.Complete digital reports, timesheets, and on-site measurements.Collaborate with store staff and clients; provide feedback to improve future resets.Adhere to safety guidelines; lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; merchandising/retail management training a plus.1–3 years’ experience in retail merchandising, resets, or related fields; planogram reading and fixture assembly preferred.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, bending, ladder use).Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and an effective communicator.Aligned with RSG’s values of integrity, honesty, and service excellence.
