Here's what we are looking for:
- Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
- The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
- The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.
- Qualifications:
- Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
- Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed through computer programs.
- Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
A WMA is responsible for membership sales, building customer loyalty, and meeting studio goals and objectives to ensure growth and profitability and a superior experience for everyone.
WMA’s are also required to perform tasks in order to uphold studio and company standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire studio
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with coworkers and clients
- Be present for scheduled shifts and follow absence policies/procedures set in place by studio management
- Meet with studio management on a regular basis regarding individual needs
- Maintain professionalism throughout the entire studio including employee break room
- Present yourself professionally while following dress code and maintaining good hygiene throughout shift
- Participate in all trainings
- Must have extreme attention to detail
- Ability to sell and upgrade based on clients needs
- Be empathetic and personable
- Phone and active listening skills
- MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY
