Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Associate with strong sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend products and upsell based on customer needs
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and sales
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet overall store goals
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
