Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding customer service, sales techniques, and store operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. You will be fully trained in all areas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- A willingness to learn about products and sales techniques is important for success in this role.
