Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, catheterization, and IV insertion.
- Utilize EHR systems to document patient information accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including tube feeding and botulinum toxin treatment when applicable.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams in sub-acute care settings to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions, applying basic life support as needed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
