Position: RN (Correctional)
Location: Philadelphia, PA - 13 Weeks with possible extensions
Shift Time : 11 PM to & 7:30 AM (Every other weekend availability)
Shift 2 : 03 PM to 11 PM ( Fri, Sat,Sun, Mon// EOW)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Payrate:
- $52/hr on w2 without benefits for LOCALS within 50 miles from the facility
- $55/hr on w2 for Travelers who residing 50 miles away from facility.
- Weekly Gross : $2,080 for Locals & $2,280.00 for Traveler's
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to incarcerated individuals at CFCF.
- Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions.
- Respond to medical emergencies promptly and appropriately.
- Collaborate with physicians, mental health professionals, and correctional staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Promote a safe environment for patients and staff within the correctional setting.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (or compact state).
- Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (correctional, ER, or psych experience preferred).
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a correctional facility environment.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in corrections setting.
Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccination or exemption required.
