Job Description:
Henry Ford Allegiance at Home is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract position in Jackson, MI. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality home health care and patient support during day shifts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years home health RN experience
- Current Michigan RN licensure
- Current BLS certification (through AHA)
- Ability to track mileage from Henry Ford site to patient homes in Kronos; mileage reimbursed at 67 cents per mile
Preferred:
- IV experience
- OASIS experience
- Epic EMR experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Document all care in Epic (if experienced), following OASIS guidelines as applicable
- Communicate effectively within the care team
- Manage visits efficiently, adhering to safety and compliance standards
