NOW HIRING: ICU Registered Nurses – Arizona | Multiple Locations | 13-Week Contract
We are seeking skilled and adaptable ICU Registered Nurses for 13-week contracts across three locations in Arizona. Ideal candidates will have recent ICU experience, flexibility to float to other units, and the ability to take on-call shifts when needed.
Location & Pay Options:
- Globe, AZ – $2,578/week (based on 36 hours)
- Tuba City, AZ – $2,648/week (based on 36 hours)
- Fort Defiance, AZ – $2,722/week (based on 36 hours)
Schedule Details:
- 12-hour shifts (Day or Night available depending on site)
- May require working weekends and holidays
- Some locations require 24-hour call shifts
- Maximum of 3 days RTO (per 13-week contract)
- Up to 48 hours/week at some locations
- Start Dates: Between June 17 – June 30, 2025
Position Requirements:
- Active RN license (any U.S. state acceptable)
Minimum ICU Experience:
- 2 years for Fort Defiance
- 3 years for Tuba City and Globe
Certifications Required:
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- PALS, NIHSS, TCAR (may be required within 6 months of hire depending on location)
- Conscious Sedation (Fort Defiance – can be completed onsite for $187.50)
Additional Info:
- Must be willing to float to Med-Surg, ED, or Peds when needed
- 100-mile radius rule applies at some locations (no locals)
- Shared housing available at Tuba City (no pets/family)
- EMR Systems Used: Allscripts, Meditech 6.0, or RPMS depending on facility
- Orientation held on specific Mondays or biweekly
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Perform catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding as required.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with ACLS and BLS protocols while delivering critical care.
- Utilize Meditech systems for efficient patient management and data entry.
