Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff in acute care settings.
- Act as a mentor, coach, consultant, and change agent across departments.
- Collaborate with leadership, nurse managers, and interdisciplinary teams to assess learning needs.
- Utilize simulation (high- and low-fidelity) and adult learning principles to enhance skill development.
- Drive improvements in quality of care through evidence-based education and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (or enrolled and expected to complete within 18 months of hire).
- Active RN license in the state of Washington.
- BLS Certification (AHA) upon hire.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty.
- Experience with adult education and course development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in nursing core specialty.
- Prior formal educator or leadership experience.
- Simulation training experience (high/low fidelity).

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
