Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Phone Triage- OBGYN
At Women's Healthcare Group, we believe all women deserve exceptional care. The Women's Healthcare Group (Quivira and 435) is seeking a full-time skilled RN to join our patient care team. This individual will be responsible for providing phone triage and medical advice to patients across a range of women's health conditions. This position would be trained in all clinical aspects of the office including working with our physicians and mid-level providers to provide outstanding care in our busy practice.
As a Phone Triage Nurse, your hours would be Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:00pm & Friday 8:30-4:00pm, allowing for work-life balance (no overnights or weekends!)

Starting wage range: $27-$31 per hour, with quarterly bonus opportunities!
Responsibilities include:
- Assess patient symptoms and needs over the phone
- Provide medical advice based on clinical protocols and guidelines
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate healthcare records on an electronic health record (EHR)
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Provide patient education
- Monitor patient follow-ups and adjust care plans as necessary
- Manage emergency calls and provide immediate guidance for critical situations
- Notify patients of test results as instructed by Healthcare Provider
- Schedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
- Additional duties as directed by Clinical Supervisor
Education and Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in Women's Health
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgements
- Experience with patient education
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience preferred
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- BLS Certification
