We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practices.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate pain management strategies.
- Conduct staff training sessions on best practices in patient care and safety protocols.
- Perform clinical tasks as needed, including IV insertion.
- Maintain accurate documentation using pcc for patient records.
- Participate in laboratory coordination and ensure proper handling of specimens.
Requirements
- Current nursing license with supervisory experience preferred.
- Familiarity with pcc or similar electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and development.
